I gave the sweatshirt as a gift to my granddaughter for her birthday and it is too big. Can I return it for a small versus a medium. I did not realize it was unisex and not a women’s size. By the time it was her birthday, I was beyond your 14 day policy. What can I do? Otherwise, the process through Amazon worked for me and the sweatshirt was what I wanted as a gift. My difficulty has been trying to send a question to you.
